This is something I struggle with every day. It is generally best not to address me before 11 am, otherwise, you will be met with a death stare and a grunt. I’m probably the most unfriendly Canadian in the world (before 11 am). But this is not conducive to a happy work environment, especially an environment that requires lots of energy. The dark cloud hanging over my desk does not help office moral. So I took the approach: New Year, New Me.
